Trego Hospital Endowment Foundation through the generosity of individuals has been awarding scholarships to students in Trego County since 1985.

Scholarship awards are granted based on specifications set forth by the donors, scholarship committee, and the Trego Hospital Endowment Foundation Board. The scholarship committee reviews scholarship applications throughout the year, carefully considering available funds, financial need, and program cost.

The criteria for awarding scholarship / convertible loans are:

[icon name=”check” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Strong moral character
[icon name=”check” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] A sense of social responsibility

A student must be accepted into a specific health care program, taking a minimum 11 credit hours, before scholarship (or converted loans) will be awarded.

Scholarship loan applications are also available at each high school counselor’s office, Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital, or at the Trego County Hospital Endowment Foundation office.
